This policy is subject to Nigerian consumer protection laws and hotel industry practices.

1. Cancellation
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in may qualify for a partial refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
• No refunds for no-shows.

2. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days in line with Nigerian banking timelines.
Refunds shall be made through the original payment channel.

3. Early Check-Out
No refunds shall be issued for early departure after check-in.

4. Disputes
Any form of dispute beyond the managements ability,  shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
